• Preparation before adjustment: Turn off the main power supply of the equipment, confirm that the grating is powered off; clean the dust and oil stains on the transmitting and receiving ends to ensure that the optical axis is unobstructed; prepare screwdrivers and other tools, and refer to the product manual to confirm the position and range of the sensitivity adjustment knob. 

• Basic power-on inspection: Power on and start the device. After the grating completes its startup, observe the status of the indicator lights to confirm that the equipment is in a normal working mode. Then proceed with the subsequent adjustment operations. 

• Knob base adjustment: Locate the adjustment knob labeled "Sen" or "Sensitivity". Rotate it clockwise to increase sensitivity and counterclockwise to decrease sensitivity. For initial adjustment, it is recommended to make small movements. 

• Scene adaptation and debugging: Conduct actual measurements by blocking the light axis. If there are frequent false alarms, adjust counterclockwise to reduce the sensitivity; if there is no response or delayed response to the blocking, adjust clockwise to increase the sensitivity. Repeat the testing until the grating can be accurately detected without false alarms or missed detections. 

• Post-adjustment conclusion: After completing the debugging, conduct a comprehensive test to confirm the stability of the sensitivity. At the same time, record the adjustment parameters to facilitate subsequent equipment maintenance and further debugging.
