Test the reset function to ensure it is normal, and that it can be correctly reset after removing the obstruction, without any abnormal self-locking or malfunction.
3. Cleaning Inspection
Use a dust-free cloth and a clean soft cloth to gently wipe the light-transmitting lenses of the light gratings, removing dust, oil stains, and debris.
Ensure the optical surface is clean to avoid a decrease in light transmittance, which may lead to false triggering or non-triggering issues.
For more severe cases of dust and oil stains, the cleaning frequency can be appropriately increased.
Inspections must be completed before the equipment is powered on and should form a fixed operation procedure. No steps should be omitted or simplified.
