If the safety grating does not light up, it will directly lose its safety protection. The annular sensing safety grating has strong stability and a low failure rate. In case of this problem, you can quickly troubleshoot it by following these steps.

Power supply and wiring inspection Check whether the wiring is firm. The brown wire is connected to the positive pole of 24V, and the blue wire is connected to the negative pole. Avoid reverse connection, loose connection, or short circuit. Use a multimeter to detect the voltage and ensure it is DC24V ± 10%; if the fuse blows, replace it in time. 

Troubleshooting for raster body failure: If both the transmitting and receiving ends are not lit up, it is mostly due to internal optical or circuit damage. If only one end is not lit up, check if the synchronization line is short-circuited or if there is a fault with the corresponding end of the body. It is recommended to send it to the factory for repair; do not attempt to disassemble it yourself. 

Check and clean the environment and installation to remove dust and moisture, keeping the environment dry and clean. Most of the optical gratings in the daily ring sensors have protection up to IP65 or higher, which can withstand common dust and moisture. Verify the installation distance and adjust it to the rated range to avoid dimming due to excessive distance.
