• Check the service life of the equipment. Under normal operating conditions, the designed service life of the safety light curtain is 5 to 8 years. Even if the equipment can still operate temporarily, if the usage time approaches or exceeds this period, the internal optical components and circuits will naturally age, resulting in reduced light sensitivity and slower response, and the protection reliability cannot be guaranteed. • Check for any damage to the appearance and the environment. If the light curtain housing is cracked or deformed, the protective sealing structure is ineffective, or the lens has severe scratches, yellowing, fogging and cannot regain its light-transmitting property through cleaning, it must be replaced immediately. Additionally, if the equipment is exposed to harsh environments such as dust, oil, moisture, corrosion, and strong vibrations for a long time, causing internal damage, it should also be replaced promptly.
